Overview

Along the way, I learned and contributed to investor outreach by pitching the idea through emails and LinkedIn. Additionally, I managed Smrtfix's operations — including social media marketing, ad campaigns, website updates, and the POS system — while collaborating with a small team of 2–3 members.

Website design

I worked on the front-end website design for Smrtfix, for which we were also running ad campaigns. It was a single-page website designed with the main goal of encouraging users to click on the "Book an Appointment" button, which redirected them to the Housecall Pro app I had set up. The system was fully connected with the mechanics and the team for seamless appointment and service management.

Recruitment presentation

A recruitment presentation was created to onboard more mechanics into the team, explaining our work process, how collaboration works with us, and the overall workflow in a clear and professional manner.

App UI/UX

For this project, we began by creating the app system UI. I worked on designing the complete UI/UX for the customer-side app, provider panel, and dispatcher interface, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience across all platforms.

Investor pitch deck

After completing the UI design phase, I worked on creating the pitch deck to present the idea to investors and venture capital firms for funding opportunities. I also handled outreach by emailing potential investors and pitching the business idea professionally.
