About Kreateable

The business operated through both D2C and B2B models, where we also white-labeled the tool for other businesses across different use cases. Over time, we expanded our offerings by introducing design packages, helping clients with their design and video requirements. Most of our clients were based in the US and Canada.

Joined as a full-time UI Designer

I joined Kreateable as a full-time UI/UX designer, supporting the founder on a few of his newer internal projects. As a UI designer, I helped create app and website designs for the startup, while also providing UI design and graphic work for the wider team.

Worked as a project lead, supporting the team with various design needs
Led the complete website UI/UX revamp from the front end and successfully implemented it
Within a few months, also redesigned the product's tool and its backend system
Continued to support the team across multiple design requirements as needed

Promoted to Design Manager

When I was appointed Design Manager, the company was generating most of its business through design packages, and there was a high volume of projects coming in. This gave me the opportunity to lead those projects, overseeing and managing a team of 10+ members.

Overseeing design delivery for clients
Managing a team of 10+ designers
Handling direct client communication through emails and calls
Contributing to design work when needed
Managing web and app UI/UX projects
Handling recurring client invoices
Maintaining and nurturing client relationships

Got the opportunity to lead as COO

After a few months, I got the opportunity to lead the entire operation at Kreateable. One of the key team members had left, and the founders needed someone to step in and take charge of the team. I was given that responsibility and started working closely with both founders to manage and guide the overall operations.

Managing the HR function and hiring the right talent for the team
Overseeing a team of 20+ team members
Managing the company's P&L
Supervising client management and shaping overall company strategy
Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
And a lot of other things day to day
